Open, Accessible, and Responsible Scholarly Publishing
A publishing model defines how scholarly content is evaluated, produced, distributed, accessed, and financially supported. Three E Science Institute applies an open-access publishing approach designed to facilitate broad access to scientific knowledge while maintaining editorial and peer-review procedures appropriate to each journal.

Publication Charge Approach
The open-access publishing model is supported through Article Processing Charges (APCs). Under the current approach, an APC applies to articles that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been accepted for publication. Specific APC amounts and payment information are determined and communicated by the respective journal.
